We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker – Waking Nights to join the team at Bluebell Lane, Knowsley, L36 7XY. Salary: £13.12 per hour. Hours: 24 weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Providing person‑centred support to enable tenants to live independently in their own properties and move towards securing their own accommodation.
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment for those you support, ensuring that they feel valued and supported.
  • Providing personalised support that meets the unique needs of everyone.
  • Assisting with personal care, administering medication, conducting check‑in visits and assisting with domestic tasks.
  • Empowering individuals to take control of their own lives and achieve their dreams of independent living.
  • Tackling any challenges that may arise with determination and a can‑do attitude.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be confident in managing high‑risk situations and behaviours in a professional and calm manner.
  • A good working knowledge of Nourish is essential, along with confidence in using IT systems and digital platforms.
  • On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on‑the‑job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
