About the Role
Are you a compassionate, reliable individual who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for dedicated Support staff to join our friendly team, supporting clients in their homes and communities across Whiston, Prescot and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation
- Support clients to remain as independent as possible
- Always promote independence and dignity
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- Full training provided
- A kind, patient, and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a plus
