We are looking for a motivated and reliable Estate Technician to join our clients team in Kirkby, Liverpool. This role is key to ensuring the upkeep of outdoor spaces, maintaining high standards across various sites throughout the year. You will be required to collect the work transit van and drive to various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Waste Removal: Removing fly tipping waste and building waste from sites.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Regularly mow grass areas, strim around edges and obstacles, and maintain neat, tidy hedges and shrubs through cutting, pruning and jet washing.
  • Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on equipment, clean machinery regularly, and take machines for repair when needed.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to carry and remove waste.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A clean UK driving licence is required, with experience of driving a large transit van.
