About this job
The religious worker will assist the Minister of Religion and come from a traditional South India/Sri Lankan Priestly order. The religious worker will undertake non‑pastoral work and make prasadham (food) for God for prayers and supporting activities to assist the Minister of Religion (Head Priest) as and when required at all religious duties within the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Make prasadham for daily, weekly, and special poojas according to Hindu religious beliefs.
- Prepare holy foods for ritual offerings.
- Support temple projects.
We also desire to work with someone who has great communication skills; experience working in international communities will be an additional advantage. Other useful skills include computer knowledge.
