Woodfields Fruit Ltd is a family run business in Herefordshire specialising in growing, harvesting and packing Soft Fruit. For summer season 2026 we are looking for Pickers/Packers.
Shifts starting in early morning hours Monday to Saturday; you might be required to work on Bank Holidays and to work longer hours in peak season.
You will be paid National Living Wage with minimum performance targets; bonus rates will apply to high-performing experienced pickers.
You will be working in a polytunnel. Own transport to farm required. You need to have the right to work in the UK/be UK resident.
