We're recruiting Packers / Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established food production site in Kingswinford. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure regular full-time work with the potential to gain a permanent position for the right candidates.
What you'll be doing:
- Working on fast-paced production lines
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Stacking boxes and trays safely and efficiently
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and site procedures
Previous experience within a food production environment would be beneficial, and any food hygiene or health & safety qualifications are an advantage. However, full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Shift Patterns:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Weekly rotating shifts)
- Night Shift 10:00pm - 6:00am
