Duties

  • Collaborate with team members and seek guidance from the Bodyshop Manager when necessary.
  • Use all relevant equipment effectively, including spray guns and drying equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and industry standards, focusing on water-based paints.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Vehicle Accident Repair Painting Principles, or equivalent accreditation.
  • Alternatively, proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer with a strong understanding of water-based paints.
  • Own spray guns (other equipment provided by the employer).
  • Valid driving licence with minimal points.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and motivation to achieve set targets.
  • Experience working in a manufacturer-approved workshop environment is preferred.
