Responsibilities:- Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
- Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
- Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
- Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community.
- Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
- Experience of caring for others professionally or personally.
- Calm, confident decision-making even under pressure.
- Experience working with people with mental health conditions.
- Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay).
- Vehicle insured for business use (and a licence), we’ll pay for any business mileage.

The service is a 24hr service with sleep-in shift cover, therefore the shifts will be to cover various times, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and sleep-in shift cover.
