This role offers a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of Keele University’s Paramedic Sciences team within the School of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences.
In this role, you will:
- Play an important role in teaching and shaping the paramedic science curriculum for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Undertake a lead role for modules or contribute to modules and programmes in the Paramedic Science area.
- Work closely with colleagues in the School and across the University, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
- Support continuous curriculum development, ensuring students are well‑prepared for the demands of paramedic practice.
- Encourage professional growth, initially focusing on enhancing teaching skills and scholarship activity.
- Develop recognised scholarship aligned with the School’s areas of expertise in higher education over time.
What We are Looking For:
- A degree or higher qualification in Paramedic Science or other health professions and related fields.
- Current registration with the HCPC, GMC or NMC, with a clear record to practice.
- Experience of teaching in a clinical or higher education setting, along with relevant hands‑on experience in paramedic practice, emergency or urgent care in the UK.
