Part-time IT Service Desk Technician – Mondays and Tuesdays – at Birmingham Newman University.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform first-line support on a busy IT Service Desk: answer and log calls, deal with staff, students and visitors face-to-face, log incidents and emails, and escalate issues to colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role; effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Willingness to learn and develop further IT skills.
