We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill this role, which combines day-to-day IT support with involvement in production pipeline tools and workflows. You’ll ensure our studio runs smoothly while contributing to the development and maintenance of pipeline integrations (e.g. ftrack/shotgrid).

General Duties- Install, configure, and maintain software across artist workstations
- Manage user accounts and permissions (Microsoft 365 and Active Directory)
- Provide first-line day-to-day IT support (hardware, networking, troubleshooting)
- Work with external IT support company on infrastructure upgrades, maintenance and installation
- Support and maintain production tools and pipeline integrations.
- Assist with automation and scripting tasks where appropriate.
- Manage backups, archiving, and data integrity across projects.
- Work with production and technical teams to improve workflows and file management
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role
- Familiarity with Windows/Mac environments in a studio setting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Basic scripting ability (Python preferred)
- Interest in animation/VFX pipelines and tools (ftrack, ShotGrid, Maya, Toonboom Harmony etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to liaise directly with production teams to troubleshoot and maintain workflows.
- Work on both project and day-to-day support issues simultaneously.
- Experience with Animation software and processes (but not limited to) Toonboom Harmony, Autodesk 3DS Max and Maya, Adobe CC suite
- Knowledge of pipeline frameworks or asset management systems
- Experience with cloud storage, backup strategies, or NAS systems
