Property Department Administrator (Temporary Contract) Do you have experience in administration and customer service?

Are you immediately available for a temporary contract?

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Property Administrator to join a busy property department, providing essential administrative support and delivering a professional, responsive service to customers.

This is a temporary role, full time.

Potential for hybrid.

Based in Ross-shire.

There could be a requirement to be in the office, one day per week, so candidates applying should have transport or be happy to use public transport.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide effective administrative support to the department.

Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries across a range of communication channels, including telephone and email.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Assist with information gathering, reporting and preparation of relevant documentation.

Support compliance activities and ensure processes are followed accurately.

Liaise with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

About the candidate: Previous administrative or customer service experience is essential.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional, approachable and responsive manner.

Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

Confident in using IT systems, emails and Microsoft Office.
