Liverpool John Moores University is looking for a motivated, organised Internal Recruitment Officer to join the Unitemps team. Unitemps is the University's recruitment service, delivering flexible employment opportunities for students and graduates while supporting LJMU departments with high‑quality temporary staffing solutions.
This key role focuses on internal account management, working closely with university departments to understand staffing needs, deliver effective recruitment solutions, and provide an excellent experience for both hiring managers and candidates. You will play an important part in supporting student employability while contributing to the smooth running of recruitment across the University.
You’ll manage the full recruitment process, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, support candidates throughout their journey, and ensure recruitment, payroll and compliance processes are handled accurately and efficiently. You will also provide support to the External Recruitment Consultant and their portfolio where required.
Unitemps operates within a unique university‑led recruitment model that is not commission‑based, offering a collaborative, supportive working environment focused on enhancing the student experience.
