Initial Washroom Hygiene Warehouse Operative
We are currently seeking a Warehouse/Service Support Operative to join our dedicated team at the Woodford branch.
No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry‑leading training.

Competitive Salary Package
Basic salary: £26,655 per annum. Additional allowance of £1,000. Expected OTE: £28,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.
Work‑Life Balance
Full‑time, permanent role (Mon‑Fri, 40 hour week). Potential for up to 48 hours in future with increased salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer stocks for route delivery.
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Collaborate with drivers and management to ensure customer stocks are prepared for delivery.
- Complete daily tasks such as packing, sorting and segregation of mats, rolls, sanitary bins, nappy bins and other customer stocks.
- Organise work area to maintain an efficient and effective service centre.
- Focus on meeting customer service expectations.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Organised, self‑motivated and reliable.
- Clear and confident communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to use own initiative and maintain a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
