The Specialist Hygiene Technician Role:
Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments and premises, including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage cleanup, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removal, trauma and crime scene cleaning, factory cleans, high‑level cleaning, and silo cleaning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reactively working in a fast‑paced business with week‑to‑week schedule changes.
- Participating in an on‑call rota (typical twice a quarter).
- Offering valuable advice to customers when required.
- Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and proactive.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexible with working patterns to support business needs.
- Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
- May need to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
