We are seeking warm-hearted, adaptable, and driven Extra Care Support Workers to join our brand new Hattersley, Tameside Extra Care Service. Our mission is to enable older adults to enjoy a vibrant and independent lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer respectful personal care, as well as practical and emotional support to older adults.
  • Enhance clients' quality of life by promoting their independence and encouraging an active, fulfilling lifestyle.
  • Work in partnership with clients, their families, and other professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated service.

No prior experience is necessary for this role. What matters most is having a warm, caring, and respectful personality. We welcome applications from experienced practitioners, graduates, and individuals eager to begin a career in social care. Flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our service, and you should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required. Gender is considered to be an occupational requirement.
