Overview
We are recruiting Nursery Practitioners to work across primary school nurseries and private nursery settings in Liverpool. This role is ideal for passionate early years professionals who enjoy supporting children during their early development in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting children aged 0-5 (age range dependent on setting)
- Delivering play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children's social, emotional and behavioural development
- Assisting with daily routines and personal care where required
- Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Working collaboratively with early years teams and room leaders
Requirements / Qualifications
- Has experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a school or private nursery
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (preferred)
- Are nurturing, reliable and enthusiastic
- Have a strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
- Hold or are willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
