The role is part of the Workforce Team providing HR support across the hospice. It involves managing sensitive information, maintaining records and systems, and assisting with recruitment and selection processes.

Responsibilities

  • Providing HR services across the organisation.
  • Working with Line Managers to support timely recruitment and selection processes.
  • Maintaining and updating a range of records and systems, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Managing sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
  • Supporting staff in the use of the HR system.
