We are seeking a HR Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based in our Chorley office. This is a part time position, working 25 hours per week, preferably over 5 days, Monday to Friday. However, we offer flexibility in the working pattern to suit the needs of the candidate and the business.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data management, confidential record-keeping, and timely responses to colleague queries to deliver a high quality HR service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, who is approachable with the ability to work as part of a team and on their own. Experience of HR administration is desirable but not essential.
