YMCA are looking for experienced individuals, with the motivation to see young people thrive, to join our dynamic and supportive housing team. These people will support our Housing Services Manager to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centred support to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with young people identifying their passions and aspirations and helping to remove any barriers which will prevent them achieving their full potential.
  • Promoting and leading on engagement activities.
  • Create and deliver programmes to aid the development of young people.
  • Liaising with other teams regarding emergencies and complaints.
  • An understanding of safeguarding requirements and duty of care when working with vulnerable individuals is imperative.
