About Us

Rhino Textiles UK, part of The Beal Group, is a leader in the manufacture of high‑quality textile solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Hot Air Welder. This role offers hands‑on training and the opportunity to develop specialist skills in the manufacturing and fitting of vehicle side curtains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate hot air welding equipment (full training provided)
  • Manufacture and fit side curtains for commercial vehicles
  • Measure materials accurately using both Metric and Imperial systems
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Use a range of power tools confidently and safely
  • Work at height, including on ladders, to fit and install products
  • Handle and lift heavy materials as part of daily tasks
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure product quality
  • Collaborate with the production team and follow job specifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Good understanding of English (verbal and written)
  • Mathematical aptitude and ability to work with measurements
  • Confidence in using power tools
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Due to nature of product, heavy lifting will be required
  • Flexible with working hours – overtime and occasional Saturday work required
  • Possess a clean UK driving licence and age 25+ for insurance purposes
  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn new skills

Desirable

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, textiles, or welding is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
