Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, sharing clinical knowledge and experience in a GP Practice. Manage patient caseloads and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting. Ensure awareness, compliance and undertaking of all relevant practice policies/guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety.

The successful applicant should also effectively communicate and respect the privacy, dignity, needs and beliefs of patients, carers and colleagues, and behave in a welcoming manner that is non-judgmental to the individual, respecting their circumstances, feelings, priorities and rights.

The post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
