We are a small family seasonal business who are looking for a personal assistant to help the director with administration and secretarial support, answering customer calls and a variety of other tasks. There will be some flexibility in the hours, 3 hours a day Mon-Fri. The applicant must be available 4th - 7th, 10th and 11th Aug 2026. This position is temporary throughout 2026 summer months, with the possibility of hours April-Sep 2027.
You will be:
- Maintaining accurate database entries, receipts and invoices.
- Processing the daily orders.
- Monitoring and sometimes responding to emails.
- Speaking to customers, taking orders and advising when needed.
- Undertaking tasks delegated by the director.
