SEARCH are currently recruiting for an experienced Deep Drainage / Pipelaying Ganger to join a busy civils project based in the SK23 area. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone confident supervising a gang while also delivering works on site.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a drainage / pipelaying gang
- Carrying out deep drainage and pipelaying works
- Completing all site paperwork and documentation
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in deep drainage and pipelaying within civils projects
- Previous experience working as a Ganger / Team Leader
- Strong understanding of site paperwork and H&S requirements
- Ability to lead from the front and work hands-on with the team
- Must be based within 1 hour of SK23
- Driver’s licence
- Prepared to travel throughout the North West
