We are looking for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to operate volumetric concrete mixer vehicles delivering concrete to commercial and construction sites.
Responsibilities- Day work with early morning starts
- Delivering concrete to construction and commercial sites
- Operating volumetric concrete mixer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Measuring and mixing concrete to customer specifications
- Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Maintaining high safety standards on site
- Customer-facing deliveries
£14.50 per hour PAYE Monday to Friday. Once permanent, salary will be £32k to £34k per year + commission.
Requirements- Valid UK HGV Class 2 Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous mixer or construction industry experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience (for insurance purposes)
- Good understanding of site safety procedures
- Good communication and timekeeping skills
- No visa sponsorship; applicants must legally reside in the UK and have the right to work in the United Kingdom
- Temp to perm opportunity
