Responsibilities:
- Move and position vehicles safely within the yard and/or depot.
- Couple and uncouple vehicles.
- Communicate with drivers and other staff to ensure safe movements.
- Check for and report any vehicle damage.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid HGV 1/CE licence, DCPC & Tacho cards.
- At least 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
- No more than 6 points and no DD/DR Code convictions.
- Compliance with on‑site health and safety requirements.
- Understanding of driver hours and WTD legislation.
