Ongoing Seasonal Work Available Until Christmas. Millison Chase Limited are recruiting on behalf of our client to support increased seasonal demand within the fresh and chilled distribution sector.
The Role
- Store deliveries
- RDC and NDC distribution
- Typically 1–2 drops per shift
- Drop and collection work depending on route
- Deliveries may involve:
- Bay deliveries
- Use of tail lifts
- Electric pump truck operation for smaller stores
Shifts can be long but are fully compliant with driver hours legislation.
Pay Rates
- £16.00 per hour – Monday to Friday Days
- £17.00 per hour – Nights
- Up to £22.00 per hour – Weekend Working
All positions are:
- Direct PAYE employment
- Holiday pay accrued
- Workplace pension scheme after qualifying period
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year UK HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 Licence
- Valid UK CPC Card
- Valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
- Have no more than 6 penalty points
- Have no DD, DR, MS, CU or TT endorsements
