Our client, a well-established Global Services‑Led organisation based in North Manchester, is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant into their friendly and supportive finance team. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end purchase ledger process
- Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle supplier queries and build strong relationships
- Communicate confidently with Polish‑speaking suppliers (email and phone)
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support payment runs across multiple currencies
- Assist with month‑end tasks and reporting
Qualifications
- Fluent Polish (reading and writing) – essential
- Proven experience in a purchase ledger / accounts payable role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with international stakeholders
