We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Heywood for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their provisions unit this September. About the Role

You will work closely with students within the school's provisions unit, supporting those who require additional help managing behaviour and accessing learning. You will play a key role in creating a positive, structured environment that promotes engagement, confidence, and progress.

Key Responsibilities
