Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Valid state social work license or certification.
- Experience working with children and families in a social services setting.
- Strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, and mental health issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for case management and documentation.
