Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, person-centred support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
- Build positive, meaningful relationships by offering companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to enhance wellbeing.
- Promote independence by supporting individuals to access community activities, attend appointments, and maintain an active lifestyle.
- Safely assist with mobility and transfers using approved Moving and Handling techniques, ensuring dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.
- Support individuals who may present behaviours of concern, responding calmly, patiently, and professionally.
- Encourage and empower clients to achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and maximise independence and quality of life.
- Valid All Wales Manual Handling Passport
- Minimum of 6 months UK-based care or support experience
