Join Alcedo Care as a Complex Care Assistant in Sale, Salford, Stockport and Trafford. Excellent rates of pay £14.75- £15.25 plus Pension and Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £17.03 to £17.60). Expected average hours 20 to 40 hours per week. Shifts are flexible where possible, including short shifts or 12-hour day or night shifts. We are offering a free DBS check. Immediate interviews available.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs (e.g., spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, neurological disorders).
  • Support with specialist tasks (PEG, suction, and tracheostomy care) as required, plus assistance with medication, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Work as part of a team to enrich lives and support independence within the local community.
  • Follow training and competency sign-off provided by our in-house team of Registered Nurses and trainers.
  • Participate in our Rising Stars development programme, including fully funded NVQs and mentoring.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or family support.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be medically fit to drive.
  • Be willing to undertake appropriate checks in line with company policy.
