The predicted salary is between 27800 - 27800 £ per year.

Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC) £13.45 per hour enhancements

Contract: As and When bank contract. Night Shifts only. 10:00pm - 07:00am. 7 days per week service.

Based: Community Based South Ceredigion

What we're looking for:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Level 2 qualification (e.g. NCFE, BTEC), plus functional skills in numeracy and literacy at Level 2
  • At least 6 months of recent care delivery experience in a health or social care setting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to hold person-centred, empathetic conversations and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of palliative and end of life care, including holistic care planning and symptom management
  • Ability to plan and prioritise care, respond to changes in patient condition, and escalate appropriately
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
