This role supports the Acute Frailty Hub by providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and other medical staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist qualified nursing and medical staff in carrying out assigned tasks, including direct nursing care.
  • Provide personal care delivery for a defined group of patients and perform a range of clinical duties/tasks, ensuring all actions are undertaken with appropriate training and within competence.
