Responsibilities- Support residents with personal care needs.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Facilitate participation in activities such as arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions.
- Work as part of a team to provide compassionate care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and observe residents' wellbeing.
- No prior experience required—training will be provided.
- Demonstrated empathy, humility, accountability, achievement, passion, and integrity.
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check for children and adults.
- Commitment to continuous learning and ability to follow guidelines.
