The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for kind, compassionate and attentive people to join our wonderful team caring for the individuals who live at Lynnefield Care Home. The shifts are rotated in advance to allow time for planning, with an opportunity to attend training and develop your CPD.
Responsibilities
- Support all personal care, social and well-being needs of residents to promote a healthy and positive home life and workplace.
- Depending on shift, contribute to safe administration of medication, light food preparation, cleaning and laundry duties to ensure a safe and clean home environment.
- Undertake additional training such as Dementia Champions and QCF in Health and Social Care as part of ongoing development.
- Work with a friendly, dedicated team and participate in mentoring and induction processes (Deputy Manager will mentor new members in addition to shadowing and induction periods).
Requirements/Qualifications
- QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Valid All Wales Manual Handling Passport.
- Accredited Level 2 in Safe Administration of Medication.
- Ability to speak Welsh.
