Building Maintenance Co-ordinator Salary Details: BS30-33 (currently £37,801 - £41,356 per annum) Hours of work: Full-time (37 hours per week) Contract Type: Permanent
- Salaried Holiday Entitlement: 28 days plus statutory bank holidays & College efficiency closures (pro rata)
- Qualifications: A relevant Level 4 qualification is essentialContinuing professional development over the last three yearsMembership of RICS, CIOB or similar or willing to work towards
- Experience: You will have experience in maintenance management, contractor supervision, budget management, and health & safety compliance, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a similar post in a public/private sector organisation
- Use of AutoCAD
- Contract administration and management
