Parhaol gydag amser llawn a rhan amser ar gael NWFRS Gradd 05 £29,064 i £31,022 y flwyddyn.

Rydym yn edrych i benodi Gweithiwr Cymorth Diogelwch yn y Cartref i ymuno â'n tîm Atal yn ardal y Dwyrain (Sir y Fflint a Wrecsam) a'r Gorllewin (Ynys Môn/Gogledd Gwynedd).

Mae gan Awdurdodau Tân ac Achub ddyletswydd o dan Ddeddf y Gwasanaethau Tân ac Achub 2004 i ddarparu gwybodaeth, cyhoeddusrwydd ac anogaeth i atal tanau a marwolaethau ac anafiadau cysylltiedig.

Gan weithio gyda chymunedau Gogledd Cymru, mae Gweithwyr Cymorth Diogelwch yn y Cartref yn darparu cyngor ac arweiniad diogelwch tân, yn ogystal ag ymyriadau diogelwch tân addas yng nghartrefi grwpiau targed a nodwyd i gyfrannu at eu hiechyd, diogelwch a lles.

O fewn eu maes cyfrifoldeb, byddant hefyd yn cefnogi'n rhagweithiol y gwaith o gyflwyno gweithgareddau ymwybyddiaeth diogelwch tân ac ymgyrchoedd diogelwch.

Bydd gan yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus sgiliau cyfathrebu dwyieithog rhagorol, gyda'r gallu i gyfathrebu 'n hyderus ac yn rhugl yn y Gymraeg (i lefel 4) yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd hon.

Gyda ffordd agored a hygyrch, bydd ymgeiswyr yn canolbwyntio ar y cwsmer ac yn cael eu cymell i helpu eraill, yn enwedig pobl agored i niwed o fewn y grŵp targed a nodwyd, i gadw'n ddiogel ac yn iach mewn ffordd barchus a chyfrinachol.
