The Best Connection are looking for Machine Operatives on a full-time, ongoing basis to join our long standing and prestigious client based in Cheslyn Hay. The role involves producing concrete materials in a semi-automated production facility, where you will be Machine Operating, using Presses, and other factory duties as and when required.
Training and progression
You will be paired up with a full time member of staff and go through a training plan to learn how to operate the machines. Once you have completed your training and shown good time keeping and attendance a full time permanent position will be considered.
Workwear and safety
Work wear will be provided free of charge: overalls, ear defenders, safety glasses, steel toe cap wellies and safety boots. There are no smoking or vaping facilities onsite.
Hours and commitment
The hours of work are between 06:00 - 08:00 start until 16:00 - 17:00 finish Monday to Friday. Further overtime is also available.
