Strategic Property & Accommodation Lead needed in Gloucester. This is a temporary contract initially paying £310.37 per day PAYE. The successful candidate will report to the Strategic Estate Manager. This role delivers the strategic approach to estate planning, space and accommodation strategy, and development of service estate plans aligned to service strategies, the Corporate Strategy, and the Asset Management Strategy.
The postholder will act as Asset Management & Property Service’s (AMPS) liaison with council services and corporate functions for the delivery of the Action Plan as set out in the Corporate Asset Management Plan 2026-2029.
