We value continuity of care and have personal lists for all Partner and Salaried GPs. As part of our team, you will:
- have 15 minute appointments
- meet with the team for mid-morning coffee / catch up
- bring your most vulnerable patients to our fortnightly MDT led by one of our Care Coordinators
- be part of our on-the-day clinical team working closely with our care navigators
- have six weeks annual leave and one week of study leave
- receive a competitive sessional rate
