Gloucester City Homes (GCH) is looking for a Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice to join our PropertyCare team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced tradespeople, gain practical experience across multiple trades, and complete a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship.
You’ll help maintain and improve customers' homes, learning skills in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating and general property maintenance. Working in both occupied and empty properties, you'll develop the knowledge, confidence and experience needed to build a successful career in the industry.
