Responsibilities- Lead loss elimination and process optimisation across packaging and processing lines.
- Reduce stoppages, changeovers, waste and variability through data‑driven problem solving.
- Develop and maintain technical standards and ensure lines run to standard.
- Train and coach technicians and line teams on root cause analysis and basic conditions.
- Support digital and automation projects to improve performance and consistency.
- Drive OR and DBNR improvements and share best practices across lines.
- Act as deputy for the CI Manager when required.
- Strong FMCG manufacturing knowledge in processing and packaging.
- Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering background with hands‑on problem‑solving ability.
- Skilled in data analysis, statistics and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with FI, AM, PM, Q, PD, and ICMS tools.
- Ability to design processes, optimise manpower and reduce NVAA.
- Strong project management and FMEA capability.
- Confident trainer, coach and cross‑functional collaborator.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of manufacturing financial KPIs.
