About this Role

As a Learning Support Assistant at Gloucestershire College, you will support learners with additional needs to access their curriculum, build independence and achieve their goals. Working one-to-one or in small groups, you will contribute to inclusive learning and positive progression, while supporting transition activities and working closely with a skilled SEND team.

About You

  • Experience working with individuals with additional learning needs or disabilities
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C / Level 2, or a willingness to complete these
  • Practical experience of safeguarding within an educational or support setting
