Seeking a Dynamic Leader for Effective Clinic Management and Exceptional Patient Care
Join Diaverum as a Deputy Clinic Manager in our GloucesterSevern clinic (Based Gloucester Hospital) and play a pivotal role in managing our dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Overseeing clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training.
- Managing patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
- Providing specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
