Our client, a busy builders yard near the centre of Gloucester, requires an experienced Class 2 HIAB driver for their day shift. This is an ongoing assignment with the potential of a permanent role following a successful trial period.
Hours & Pay
Monday‑Friday 08:30‑16:30 – £15 per hour.
Role
Deliveries of bulk building materials to customers.
Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle checks and drive safely at all times.
- Use a digital tachograph card and maintain accurate logs.
- Report any safety issues on standard reports.
- Operate a Class 2 HIAB vehicle efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 2 HIAB licence.
- Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
- Experience with HIAB machinery essential.
- Knowledge of the local area advantageous.
