We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Class 1 Night Driver based in Gloucester! Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from Drayage, global freight forwarding & full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.
The Role
- Trunking from Gloucester to Old Dalby (Leicester)
- Waiting for the return trunk (typically from Castleford)
- Returning to Gloucester depot
- Minimal manual handling involved
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous trunking experience preferred
- Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
- Reliable and punctual
