About the Role

Our client, a well-established family business based in Gloucester, is looking for an Assistant Oil Tank Installer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a varied, hands-on role that involves working outdoors in different environments and includes regular lifting, carrying, and manual tasks. Applicants should be comfortable undertaking physically demanding work and be capable of maintaining a good level of activity throughout the working day. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Installing / Maintaining oil tanks
  • Installing gauges, filters and pumps
  • Emergency call outs
  • Preparing groundworks
  • Connecting oil lines
  • Pressure testing
  • Removing fuel from tanks
  • Water checks
  • Delivering and removing oil tanks
  • Reporting defects
  • Completing all associated paperwork

Hours

Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Overtime available.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary – £26,436.80 per annum
