This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for an Administrator for our Gloucestershire Service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone, email and in‑person enquiries with empathy, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as the consistent point of contact for ongoing queries relating to new referrals, appointment bookings, or service processes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records on the case management system.
  • Identify risks during referral screening and day‑to‑day contact, escalating concerns in line with Safeguarding policies.
  • Assist in other areas of administration including prescriptions and invoicing when required.

Qualifications

  • A passion for working with people affected by substance misuse or other vulnerabilities.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly with diverse groups.
  • Strong IT skills are essential.
  • Understanding safeguarding principles and experience handling sensitive information is desirable.
