Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the administration of student assessments and other processes, and servicing meetings.
- You will be involved in supporting student enrolment and graduation.
- You will work with detailed Excel spreadsheets, creating and maintaining them.
- You will complete a range of tasks including providing advice and guidance through our dedicated telephone, e‑mail and face‑to‑face support systems.
- The successful candidate will also be required to respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within a busy administrative role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a desire to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels.
- Previous experience of higher education.
